What we offer

Our services

Each service is designed to begin where you are, not where a process assumes you should be. We work through things in stages, with written records at each step.

Pre-marriage agreement drafting

Pre-marriage Agreement Drafting

A patient service for couples who would like a written agreement in place before marriage — covering family-owned assets, prior children, or a wish to clarify expectations early. Each draft is shared with both partners for separate review.

  • Joint conversation to establish the scope
  • Drafting in the couple's own language
  • Separate review before signing

Why clients come to us

How we approach our work

A pace you set

Nothing moves forward until both parties have had time to read, reflect, and respond. There is no pressure to reach a particular conclusion within a particular meeting.

Written records throughout

Every conversation produces a written note. You can review what was discussed at home, and nothing is assumed to be agreed until you have confirmed it in writing.

Confidential by design

All communications, documents, and session notes are treated as strictly confidential. Information shared with us is not disclosed without your written consent.

Consideration for both sides

Our work is structured so that neither party encounters a document for the first time at a pressured moment. Each draft is shared in advance, with time built in for questions.

Thai law, plainly explained

Legal frameworks are explained in clear, unhurried language — including what a clause means in practice, not only what it says on the page.

Focused on long-term arrangements

We aim for agreements that work well over time, not just at the point of signing. Where circumstances change, we can return to review what was put in place.

Would a conversation be helpful?

There is no obligation attached to an initial enquiry. If you would like to speak with us about your situation — before deciding anything — we are glad to make time.

Common questions

Things people often ask

How does an initial enquiry work?
You can reach us by telephone or email. We will arrange a short initial conversation — usually around twenty minutes — to hear what you are dealing with and explain how we might be of help. There is no charge for that first call.
Do both parties in a couple need to attend together?
For pre-marriage agreement drafting and property division mediation, we do ask that both parties are willing to participate in at least one joint session. For the post-divorce financial review, we work with one client at a time and can co-ordinate separately if needed.
What is covered by the stated fee?
Each fee covers the full scope described on our solutions page — preparation, all sessions, written records, and the final drafted document. If the scope of work changes significantly during the process, we will discuss this with you before proceeding further.
How long does the process typically take?
This depends on the complexity of the situation and the time both parties need between sessions. A pre-marriage agreement is often completed in three to four weeks. Property division mediation typically spans four to eight weeks across several sessions. A post-divorce financial review is usually completed within two to three weeks.
Is everything we discuss kept private?
Yes. Our professional obligation is to maintain the confidentiality of all information shared with us. Nothing discussed in sessions or shared in documents is disclosed to any third party without your written consent.
Are agreements prepared in Thai, English, or both?
We can prepare agreements in Thai, English, or in both languages in parallel. For agreements that may need to be presented to Thai courts or government offices, the Thai-language version takes legal precedence. We will advise you on which approach suits your situation best.
